About this notice
This notice describes the intended enquiry workflow for MultiTouch Displays. The operating company and contact details are set out above. Lawful bases, retention periods and processor arrangements remain to be confirmed before launch.
Information in an enquiry
The form requests your name, company, email, selected services and message. Telephone, website and approximate budget are optional. Please do not include sensitive personal information. The form records your acknowledgement of this notice when a message is sent.
How information is intended to be used
Enquiry details are used to assess and respond to your request and discuss relevant services. Submission does not subscribe you to newsletters or advertising. Any separate marketing use needs its own review and appropriate permission. The owner must document the applicable lawful basis for each processing purpose.
Service providers and security
Resend is our selected provider for enquiry email delivery. The implementation also supports shared rate limiting through Upstash Redis. These services are inactive until configured. The rate limiter uses a keyed hash of the client IP address; it does not store the raw address in its rate-limit key. The hosting platform and providers may process technical logs. Processor agreements, processing locations, international transfer safeguards and log settings must be confirmed by the owner.
Retention
Enquiries should be kept only for an agreed, justified period and then deleted or anonymised as appropriate. The business has not yet supplied its retention schedule. The owner must define separate periods for enquiry emails, ongoing client records and provider logs before launch.
Your choices and rights
Depending on the processing and applicable conditions, data protection rights can include access, correction, erasure, restriction, objection and portability. Use the contact email above for privacy enquiries or requests. You can also raise concerns with the Information Commissioner’s Office.
Cookies and future changes
This implementation does not include optional analytics or advertising tags. See the cookie policy for the current approach. This notice must be updated when providers, tracking, business details or data uses change.
